Lucy Lu

Lucy Lu . . . our toddler- not the actress. The only thing they may have in common, is thinking they're the tough girl in town. Lucy is eighteen months old yet already showing the sassiness of a fourteen year old. Today she managed to get into a tub of aquaphor (a greasy, petroleum jelly-like substance and YES, the lid was screwed on tightly beforehand), she then proceeded to spill a glass of milk INSIDE the fridge, got into a box of valentine chocolates on the counter, then spread around the chewed up caramel on the floor, AND ofcourse she had to practice her latest talent- playing in the toilet. Brace yourself, because you might get grossed out. She is our third child, yet the first to do what I'm about to share with you. She'll lift up the toilet lid, splish splash around as if she's playing in a pond, and then- suck on her fingers. We have been very stern with her, but she just tightens her lips into a pout, doesn't shed a tear of remorse, looks at us smugly, and then trots off to destroy something else in the house. Any ideas?!?

She is WAY cuter than the actress! I love her dress.

That's such a cute picture of Lucy. (And just think of all the immunities she's building up!)

I don't think there is anyway to keep a toddler from eating bugs, licking dirt, putting their hands in their mouth, and yes even drinking water out of the toilet. The good note....when she plays at McDonald's hopefully she won't get sick.

I know the activity day girls will LOVE playing with her on tuesday. Don't worry, I promise to make sure she's with me at all times. Plus, it's good practice for what I have coming soon.

Just be thankful that your boys flush.

Oh, Thomas figured out the toilet when he was 11 months. I figure our toilet children must be brilliant.

Or they are a match made in heaven.

There is some serious diva blood running through her veins...

Oh and BTW don't you have another kid...um,Jack...yeah Jack is his name. He's tall, skinny and plays exceptionally well with bossy little girls named Eden.

Meghann, I'm so glad you have a blog! Good job. It's very cute and so are your kids. They are so big and I'm sure you're pooped at the end of the day. I know I am and I only have two. And one of those (Dallin) is still pretty harmless!
